A one-hour presentation provides training in the areas of introductions, conversation, and handshaking.

Additional emphasis will be placed on communication skills, telephone and e-mail etiquette.

Also covered: Personal image, correspondence, strategic networking do's and don'ts for the business arena.



Are your etiquette skills a little rusty?     Proper etiquette is more than just good manners.    Do you get nervous when asked to speak in front of a crowd or make an introduction?     Do you know which fork or knife to use at a resturant?
