I recently read excerpts from a book entitled Rules of Civility: The 110 Precepts That
Guided Our First President in War and Peace by Richard Brookhiser. In it President
Washington offers advice and rules of behavior, many of which are still applicable today.
Clearly, Good manners stand the test of time.
